Are you sufficiently equipped to manage mobile teams? If you need more support, you’re not the only one.

According to Tomorrow’s Leaders, a new report from City & Guilds and the Institute of Leadership and Management, almost half of managers surveyed said that they were unprepared for supervising flexible teams. Only a quarter stated they had any specific training for managing people remotely.
