Use the electronic S Form to make your registrations.  It's far simpler than using paper and it can simply be emailed directly to us!

Do your candidate administration online in the City & Guilds Walled Garden.  Register today and you'll soon be saving time, money and effort.  The Walled Garden and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems are quick, secure and reliable ways of doing all your admin in a paperless place. These interactive systems are our centres’ preferred way of doing administration.

ULNs

2008/2009 will see the introduction of Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs). The use of the ULN will eventually be adopted by all providers and awarding bodies operating in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. Initially, the ULN is to be a requirement for aggregating achievement obtained in City & Guilds qualifications which form a constituent part of the new 14-19 diplomas and/or QCF accredited qualifications.
