I have a candidate who has been registered with City & Guilds before. Should I re-register them?
No need to re register the candidate with a new enrolment number, ask the candidate for their original enrolment number and use that.
I have received candidate’s certificate and there is an error with the spelling of a candidate’s name. What should I do?
You'll need to return the certificate on headed paper to City & Guilds and phone Customer Relations ASAP, who will then be able to resolve this problem.
Who can conduct checks on fraudulent certificates or documentation?
City & Guilds can check if you have doubts/suspicions regarding a certificate you consider might be fraudulent. For more detailed information see student course records
