Using the City & Guilds logo

To protect our reputation, City & Guilds has strict regulations for the use of the City & Guilds trademark and logo. In order to gain permission to use the logo, please follow the instructions.

Policy and procedures

In vocational education, policies and procedures change. To make sure you stay up to date with current issues, this section contains the essential guidelines to administering our courses, what you need to know to effectively provide our qualifications and exams and how to handle complaints.

Our aim is to support all our centres and training providers not just by giving you the tools and information you need to do your job, but by making everything easily accessible. The quicker you get what you need, the better your students can progress in their learning and training.

The Walled Garden

The Walled Garden is an interactive administration service that allows you to carry out a range of day-to-day functions quickly and efficiently. It only requires authorisation from the Head of Centre to set up user accounts. Visit the Walled Garden to create a new account with us and to make your life easier.
